I. INTRODUCTION Russia (official: Russian Federation) is federal presidential republic, comprising 83 federal subjects. Russia is the largest country in the world, covering more than one-eighth of the Earth's inhabited land area. Russia spans nine time zones and incorporates a wide range of environments and landforms. Russia has the world's largest reserves of mineral and energy resources and is the largest producer of oil and natural gas globally. Russia has the world's largest forest reserves. Its lakes contain approximately one-quarter of the world's liquid fresh water, 20% in Lake Baikal alone. More than 160 different ethnic groups and indigenous peoples Traditionally there is high rate of educated peoples in Russia – 27.5 % high education, 5.4 % undergraduate education, 36.7 % secondary professional education, 21.5 % secondary basic education. According to a UNESCO report, more than half of the Russian adult population has attained a tertiary education. Literacy is more than 99.7 %. There are more 1000 universities and institutions in Russia (662 are State and 409 are Private). Historically, science and technology in Russia are popular and active developed. In the 19th and 20th centuries the country produced a large number of notable scientists and inventors. Many achievements in aerospace technologies, TV and radio communication, nuclear energetics, medicine, etc. dealt with names of Russian scientists and engineers.

Electronic Design Automation with Graphic Processors: A Survey
Today’s Integrated Circuit (IC) architects depend on Electronic Design Automation (EDA) software to conquer the overwhelming complexity of Very Large Scale Integrated (VLSI) designs. As the complexity of IC chips is still fast increasing, it is critical to maintain the momentum towards growing productivity of EDA tools. On the other hand, singlecore Central Processing Unit (CPU) performance is ...
متن کاملDesign of Endlessly Single Mode Photonic Crystal Fibers with Desirable Properties using HC-EDA Algorithm
In this article, Hill Climbing (HC) and Estimation of Distribution Algorithm (EDA) are integrated to produce a hybrid intelligent algorithm for design of endlessly Single Mode Photonic Crystal Fibers (SMPCFs) structure with desired properties over the C communication band. In order to analyzing the fiber components, Finite Difference Frequency Domain (FDFD) solver is applied. In addition, a spe...
متن کاملNon-Blocking Routers Design Based on West First Routing Algorithm & MZI Switches for Photonic NoC
For the first time, the 4- and 5-port optical routers are designed by using the West First routing algorithm for use in optical network on chip. The use of the WF algorithm has made the designed routers to provide non-blocking routing in photonic network on chip. These routers not only are based on high speed Mach-Zehnder switches(Which have a higher bandwidth and more thermal tolerance than mi...
متن کاملDesign Flow for a 3-Million Transistor GALS Test Chip
We present a design methodology that has been employed on a GALS test chip with three million transistors using a 0 25μm CMOS technology. The chip contains 25 GALS modules interconnected using four different bus architectures, various additional test stuctures, and occupies a total area of 25mm2. Hierarchical composition and timing verification, in conjunction with a small library of self-timed...
